I've just realized that in my post about the film student assignment I did this last weekend, while I did mention how helpful and supportive Melissa was towards me, I neglected to mention how wonderful it was to work with her as well. I think this was the first time that I've worked with an actor at a higher skill level than myself, in my classes I was always paired with someone much less skilled. Melissa was very open, natural, and in the moment, it was very easy to connect with her. And that was a really wonderful opportunity for me as well, to feel for the first time acting at that level, (or as close to her level as I could get).
